US immigration options
- H1B Visa – primarily a work visa/work permit for foreign professionals seeking to live and work in the US. H1B Visas are typically given to professionals with practical work experience or a relevant degree in a specialty field
- L1 Visa – a nonimmigrant visa for inter-company transfer. It allows foreign nationals being transferred from the foreign subsidiary to the US subsidiary to manage a major function or division of an organization
- B1 Business Visa – a nonimmigrant visa which allows foreign nationals other than students, persons performing skilled or unskilled labor, or representatives of foreign information media, to enter the U.S. on short notice to attend business meetings or seminars
- Green Cards (permanent resident card) – Infinite is proud to sponsor Green Cards. All green card cases are represented by an Infinite designated immigration attorney. Infinite and our attorney will be available to answer all of your questions throughout the process.
