Nita Inani, CEO

As Infinite’s Chief Executive Officer, Nita Inani provides strategic direction and leadership for business operations. With extensive experience in business strategic development, business process reengineering and field operations, Inani’s guiding principles are evident in all that she does: focus on the right things, make quick, informed decisions, then go to work.

As Infinite’s co-founder, Inani is an effective complement to Raj Inani’s leadership role.  Enriching her counterpart’s keen focus on Infinite’s consultants and technology expertise, Inani’s domain expertise in program and project management provides focus on the delivery process to our customers.  “I am able to contribute to the company in such varied ways,’ said Inani. “Yes, I contribute to the overall management and direction of Infinite but it’s being able to influence process and employee and customer satisfaction that gives me pride.  Success starts at the fundamentals.”

Inani’s varied industry expertise – spanning health care, education, telecommunications and technology – brings a unique perspective and understanding of Infinite’s customers. Understanding their need for solutions that fit their business, Inani promotes structure and process consistency to ensure a focus on innovative solutions.

Inani holds a Masters Degree from the University of Iowa, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She is Director of Volunteers for the Eastern Iowa Chapter of the Project Management Institute, and currently serves on the board of directors for the Cedar Rapids Metropolitan Area YMCA.

Raj Inani, President and COO

As Infinite’s President and COO, Raj Inani is responsible for establishing the corporate strategy, building the team and the capabilities to execute that strategy, and ensuring client satisfaction.  He credits his grasp of the global marketplace and his distinguished technology background with preparing him for the challenge of building a global enterprise from the ground up.

Inani co-founded Infinite Computing Systems with a simple goal in mind: matching the right talent to the right customer.  Inani’s passion for global recruiting has fueled Infinite’s success from the beginning.  “Employees are the core of any successful company.  They’re our key to customer satisfaction and the seeds of our growth over the years,” said Inani.  “Staying active in our hiring cycle is one of the best parts of my job!”

With over twenty years of technology experience, Inani understands the importance that continuity of resources, business strategy and structured delivery processes have on creating lasting customer relationships.  Known for his laser sharp decisiveness, Inani’s leadership promotes agility and attentiveness – two key ingredients to Infinite’s client satisfaction.

Inani holds a Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics and a Masters Degree in computer science.  Prior to starting Infinite, he was with Perot Systems.  Inani is very active in community and charitable affairs.

Praveen Gadkari, Vice President, Operations

Vice President of Operations Praveen Gadkari plays the important role of leading the staff augmentation business and running the daily US operations of Infinite Computing Systems. Gadkari has been with Infinite for the past ten years in a variety of leadership roles. His sixteen years of diverse global business experience, spanning information technology (IT) and manufacturing, prepared him to work comfortably with different cultures and to handle a variety of responsibilities. 

Gadkari holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from BIT Mesra, Ranchi, India, where he was valedictorian of his graduating class.. “Being a good leader takes curiosity, compassion and the willingness to take risks,” said Gadkari. “Traveling a lot, making new friends, being in new situations, and being thrown into risk are ingredients you have to have.”

Gadkari previously served as a member of the SEPG in the Quality Department of LTITL and held leadership positions at Tata Bearings and Tata Growth Shop. Active in the local community, Gadkari serves on the board of trustees for the Hindu Temple of Eastern Iowa and is Vice President of the Friends of India in Cedar Rapids.

Bernie Schuller, Director, Business Development

As Director of Business Development at Infinite, Bernie Schuller is responsible for building and nurturing client relationships and leading recruitment strategies that strengthen our client partnerships.  Schuller’s 13 years of successful leadership in the IT recruiting and staffing industry feed his ingenuity and drive for client satisfaction.

“Recruiting is as much an art as it is a practice,” says Schuller. “The simple objective of finding and retaining top talent to support our clients’ needs remains a constant. Strategies must, however, be continually assessed to adapt to ever-changing needs.”

Schuller received his BA in Business Management from the University of Northern Iowa and began his career as a recruiter with Robert Half International. He later joined Computer Horizons Corp. (CHC) in a Business Development role where he took over one of the smallest of CHC’s 40 offices and grew it to one of the top 5 in both volume and margin. Schuller also served as a regional manager for CHC and was the Director of Service and Quality for Ensemble Chimes Global before joining Infinite Computing Systems.

Tom Blazek, Director, Project Delivery

As Director of Project Delivery, Tom Blazek is responsible for all aspects of project solutions delivery. With over 18 years of IT management and project management experience, Blazek provides the leadership for Infinite’s project division that ensures the right IT solutions are delivered to customers on time and on budget.

With experience in the selection, engagement, and management of off-shore vendors, Blazek brings a deep understanding of customer needs. “I’ve been in the same position as many of our customers and have faced the challenges of working with outsourced IT development. My goal in working with our customers is to make them aware of where those challenges may be encountered and navigate our delivery processes to ensure we have a successful project and develop long-term engagements.”

A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, Blazek started his career as a CPA before joining the IT field with the nation’s leading provider of on-line tax and legal information. Prior to Infinite, Blazek served as the manager for the Electronic Product Development and Services unit of Wolters Kluwer and held several other IT management and leadership positions with CCH Incorporated and CCH Computax.
