President and COO, Raj Inani, is responsible for creating Infinite’s corporate strategy, building the team of expert employees and the capabilities to execute that strategy, and ensuring client satisfaction. Raj credits his grasp of the global marketplace and his distinguished technology background with preparing him for the challenge of building a global enterprise from the ground up.

Raj co-founded Infinite with a simple goal in mind: match the right talent to the right customer. His passion for global recruiting has fueled Infinite’s success from the beginning. “Employees are the core of any successful company,” says Raj. “They are the key to customer satisfaction and the seeds of our growth over the years. Staying active in our hiring cycle is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.”

With over 20 years of technology experience, Raj understands the importance that continuity of resources, business strategies, and structured delivery processes have on creating lasting customer relationships. Known for his spot-on decisiveness, Raj’s leadership promotes agility and attentiveness—two key ingredients that ensure Infinite’s clients’ satisfaction.

Raj holds a Bachelors Degree in mathematics and a Masters Degree in computer science. Prior to starting Infinite, he worked for Perot Systems. Raj is very active in the community and charitable affairs.
