As Infinite’s Chief Executive Officer, Nita Inani provides strategic direction and leadership for business operations. With extensive experience in program management, business process reengineering, strategic business development and field operations, Nita’s guiding principles are evident in all that she does: focus on the right things, make quick and informed decisions and generate buy in from all the stakeholders towards successful implementations.

As Infinite’s co-founder, she is responsible for establishing the company’s direction and manages corporate administration, oversees the development and implementation of the organization’s objectives and identifies synergies across business units to optimize future growth. Under her leadership, Infinite’s global imprint increased to span 3 overseas locations and the company embraced the onshore\offshore project delivery model. Nita’s domain expertise in program and project management allows her to focus on the delivery process of projects to our customers. “Success starts at the fundamentals” said Nita. “Informed planning coupled with in-depth technical expertise across industries has been and continues to be our mantra to success."

Nita’s varied industry experience—spanning healthcare, education, telecommunications, and technology—brings a unique perspective and understanding to Infinite’s customers. She understands customers’ needs for solutions that fit their businesses and promotes structure and process consistency to ensure a focus on innovative on-demand solutions. She has extensive experience in planning, technology integration, budgeting, scheduling, team management and implementation of large-scale enterprise wide, corporate projects. Her unique background of working with both hardware and software development management allow her to manage projects from all perspectives. She upholds quality control and “unforgettable customer service” from the Infinite global team. Her drive and commitment serve to protect the best interests of her clients and injects significant value to the overall organization.

Nita holds a Masters Degree from the University of Iowa and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Cedar Rapids Metropolitan Area YMCA.
